Description

This amazing 512-piece bolt set enables children to build pictures, patterns or sequences using an electric screwdriver to screw in different coloured bolts quickly and easily into any STEM Wall or STEM Table. However, what makes this set more interesting is the 8 different coloured bolts with 5 different bolt head designs to take different profile screwdriver shapes. Children will need to select the correct screwdriver tool insert to match the head of the bolt. The process requires the children to think about the design they want to create, select the correct coloured bolt, the correct screwdriver insert to fit the bolt head and then to screw it into the right place. It involves design, pattern making, matching, hand-eye coordination, selection of the correct tool to fit the bolt head and fixing it in place using a real working electric screwdriver. It is hands-on STEM in action!
